By Lindsay Powers – Hollywood Reporter – 1/24/11 – Page 1 Tony DiSanto and Liz Gateley officially announced their independent production company, DiGa, in partnership with Ben Silverman's Electus, Monday at NATPE in Miami.
They revealed Monday that they'll launch projects with Jimmy Kimmel, Nick Cannon and Today show fashion correspondent Jill Martin.
They have also appointed Mike Powers as creative executive and Scott Silberman as executive in charge of production.
The company will be headquartered in New York City with a production/edit center in Los Angeles.
DiSanto stepped down as MTV's programming president, along with top programming executive Gateley, who was behind The Hills and the network's adaptation of controversial Skins, in September to start DiGa.
