Born out of CollegeHumor.com (a subsidiary of Electus), the company seeks to capitalize on the site's existing "attention getting and cost efficient" production capabilities and online expertise to become the premiere next generation content entity. Since its inception in September 2009, Notional has successfully partnered with several companies including BET, Bravo, Comedy Central, Food Network, Travel Channel, and Yahoo. Notional has several television series currently in production, including the hit competition Food Network series "Chopped."

DumbDumb is a comedy enterprise led by Will Arnett and Jason Bateman where the twosome creates commercials along with short and long form programming for distribution across all platforms. For the new endeavor, DumbDumb utilizes web production and development expertise from CollegeHumor.com, an operating business of IAC working in partnership with Electus, to create and produce digital content that is in line with a brand’s personality and marketing objectives, but Arnett and Bateman’s well-known comedic tone as well.

Rain is a content creation company that creates innovative content based marketing solutions. Rain didn't evolve from a traditional agency. The team are not refugees from ad agencies, PR companies or web-design shops. Rather, Rain is a company of journalists, documentarians, writers, technologists, and graphic designers. The company services a variety of clients that include the Miami Dolphins, Hess, Walmart, Veneto Casinos, Related and more. Now they're working in partnership with Electus creating original content and serving as an in house design, web and video resource for them and all their partners. The company was founded in 2003 by Brian Edelman and is currently run by Brian Edelman, CEO, and Nick Godfrey, COO.

5X5 Media is headed by three veteran executive producers including two-time Emmy winner Rick Ringbakk, four-time Emmy-nominated Craig Armstrong and Tod Mesirow. Each have served as producer for a number of hit television series such as Survivor, Amazing Race, Extreme Makeover Home Edition, Mythbusters, Supernanny and Monster Garage, among others. Most recently, Armstrong received an Emmy nomination for his work on the hit ABC series Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution. Now in partnership with Electus, 5X5 Media produces alternative television in a variety of genres including competition reality, transformational shows, live stage, comedy, follow-docs, build/process series and adventure travel.
